Descripción Achieve country-level sales targets, focusing on strategic products. Develop and manage distributor networks, ensuring profitability and retention. Generate and convert leads to expand market presence. Oversee export processes including documentation, compliance, and logistics. Execute brand-building activities such as trade shows and retailer engagement. Expand territory through new distributor appointments and product penetration. Perfil buscado (h/m) Education: Graduate in Business, Commerce, or Engineering; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 5 years in export/channel sales with international exposure. Technical Skills Export documentation & compliance (Incoterms, HSN codes, duties, shipping norms) Country-level sales planning & target tracking Lead generation and conversion tracking Distributor network development & assessment Complaint/claim resolution as per export norms Secondary activity execution (mechanic meets, trade shows) Digital & reporting literacy (PPT, Excel, dashboards, ERP/order platforms) Forecasting with currency risks, seasonality, and local regulations in mind Behavioral Skills Relationship building & cultural agility Execution discipline & ownership Communication & stakeholder management Escalation handling & issue resolution Time and territory prioritization Negotiation & influence Resilience and proactive mindset Adaptability to diverse international business environments Qué Ofrecemos Opportunity to work on innovative projects within the retail industry.
