Note : If you're hired for this role, you may be asked to update your LinkedIn profile :) About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Client Success Specialist to support and maintain a standardized marketing product focused on Google Ads, landing pages, and performance reporting. This is a low-volume, maintenance-focused role, ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing ongoing client needs rather than high-output content or media campaigns. Key Responsibilities Respond to client questions and requests, primarily via email. Attend and support the co-founder’s Monday office hours. Monitor campaign and account performance and proactively suggest improvements. Maintain and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Support basic landing page setup and adjustments (no client website development). Prepare and review performance reports using WhatConverts. Ensure smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and overall client satisfaction. Key Requirements 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, client success, or a similar role (skills and professionalism are valued over years of experience). Hands-on experience with Google Ads . Basic understanding of landing page design and structure. Familiarity with performance and conversion reporting tools (WhatConverts or similar). Strong written communication and professional client-facing demeanor. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs. High attention to detail and strong critical thinking.
