This is a part-time , high-impact role. As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you’ll take ownership of digital advertising and content execution across social media platforms. From building persuasive ad creatives to analyzing performance metrics, your work will directly impact client success and brand visibility. You’ll also contribute to website improvements and support the marketing team in crafting compelling, conversion-focused user experiences. Responsibilities: Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) Design high-performing ad creatives and persuasive copy Make conversion-oriented tweaks to the website (CSS/HTML/UX edits) Execute the content calendar across social platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn) Track key marketing KPIs, generate performance reports, and suggest improvements Qualifications: Proven experience running and scaling Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic landing page or WordPress edits Experience with Notion or similar task management platforms Self-starter with strong organization, accountability, and attention to detail Nice to have: Experience with Google Ads WordPress development or plugin familiarity Understanding of UX/UI design principles and optimizing user journeys Overtime available during campaign launches or peak seasons Clear pathway to full-time employment based on performance Paid training and skill development support Long-term opportunity with a people-first team culture Location: Remote from Colombia Time Zone: Colombia Time Schedule: 6 PM - 10 PM Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.
