Estamos buscando Customer Excellence (English/Spanish) para importante compañía de portafolio que brinda servicios a clientes en Estados Unidos. Serás responsable de brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional, atendiendo consultas, cotizaciones de servicio,resolviendo problemas, agendando equipo de operacionesy promoviendo la venta de los productos y servicios de la compañía a través del servicio. Responder de manera rápida y profesional a las consultas de los clientes vía teléfono, correo electrónico o chat. Programar visitas en sitio para los equipos locales con el fin de desarrollar cotizaciones para clientes potenciales Solucionar problemas de los clientes relacionados con los productos o servicios. Mantener registros detallados de las interacciones y resoluciones con los clientes (CRM) Escalar problemas complejos a los miembros apropiados del equipo según sea necesario. Sales: Identificar y calificar potenciales oportunidades de ventas y dirigirlas adecuadamente al equipo en Estados Unidos. Responder preguntas de potenciales clientes y familiarizarlos con los productos y servicios. Proactividad, atención al detalle Pasión por el servicio Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés y español. Actitud comercial con la capacidad de ayudar a resolver problemas a los clientes. Habilidades Técnicas: Competencia en el uso de software CRM, sistemas de tickets y herramientas de Office Capacidad para analizar problemas y encontrar soluciones creativas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y construcción de relaciones. Comprensión de la cultura empresarial y las expectativas del cliente en Estados Unidos. ¿Qué recibirás por parte de ellos?
