Job Description - Digital Implementation Specialist II (240000F5)

Position OverviewCWT is seeking a Digital Implementation Specialist II.
Position Description- Provides support on pre-sales meetings as SME; provides documented recommendations and summarizes as necessary.
- Build the OBT in line with customer expectations.
- Provide implementation coaching to OBT set-up teams.
- Coordinate other technical resources on the project.
- Attend and lead OBT Technical workshop for each new implementation.
- Collaborate with Global Product Owners to provide local expert knowledge with input to product development; attend supplier meetings.
- Provide regional CR & issue management.
- Define and communicate standards and best practices in line with CWT requirements.
- Working knowledge of technical applications used by client implementation function.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience supporting OBT implementation from front end to site setup.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs):
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work within a multicultural environment.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communications skills; able to present ideas and results clearly and effectively; able to influence client decision-making; ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
- Strong working knowledge of technical applications used by client implementation function.
