From takeoff to return, we’re there every step of the way, handling logistics, negotiating exclusive vendor contracts, and adding our signature magic to every experience. The Role We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Barranquilla. This position plays a key role in ensuring the flawless execution of our trips by maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, communication, and client care. What We’re Looking For Strong command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Sheets. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Collaborative mindset and customer‑focused attitude. Experience in documentation and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. Type: Full‑time, on‑site only Schedule: Monday to Friday, two shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 10 PM Vacation: 15 business days per year (accrued from day one) Benefits: All legally mandated benefits To apply, please attach your CV in English.
