We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing & Collections Specialist to support Influur’s Finance operations and ensure the company maintains smooth, efficient, and compliant financial processes. From managing billing cycles and collections to collaborating with sales and leadership, this role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting our growth. Your Skillset Billing Management: Generate and manage invoices in a timely and accurate manner for clients across US and Latin American markets. Collections Oversight: Lead and monitor the collections process to ensure on-time payments and maintain client relationships. Budgeting & Financial Planning: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and expense audits to support the financial health of the company. Reporting: Create detailed and timely financial reports for leadership and key stakeholders. Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to ensure correct billing, payment terms, and client data alignment. Compliance: Support adherence to local financial and tax regulations, ensuring processes meet Latin American and U.S. standards. Tools & Systems: Use financial software, spreadsheets, and automation tools to improve accuracy and efficiency. You’re the Type Who Is bilingual (English & Spanish) and can communicate effectively across teams and regions. Has at least 2 years of experience in billing, collections, or similar financial roles. Demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail. Thrives in fast-paced startup environments, embracing flexibility and ownership. Brings a proactive, solution-driven mindset, eager to improve processes and support growth.
