We are looking for a
Junior Billing Specialist
to join our on-site team in Bogotá. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering accurate and timely financial processes while offering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and process
    accurate and timely invoices
    for warehouse services.
  • Perform
    data entry
    and ensure financial information is updated in internal systems.
  • Reconcile billing statements and verify that
    all charges are correctly accounted for
    .
  • Manage
    AR/AP tasks
    in coordination with internal accounting processes.
  • Address customer inquiries with professionalism and offer
    exceptional customer support
    .
  • Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet all deadlines and service level expectations.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience
    in
    Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
    or similar accounting roles.
  • Proven experience in
    billing
    ,
    accounting
    , or
    customer service
    functions.
  • Strong attention to detail
    and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain
    professionalism
    and offer prompt, courteous support to all parties.
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • English level:
    Advanced (B2/C1 preferred).
  • Must be a
    go-getter
    , proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Must be based in
    Bogotá
    and available to work
    on-site
    .
