**Role Objective**:
- El analista de operaciones identificará, organizará y analizará datos para encontrar información de valor que mejore nuestra operación en Ecommerce generando planes de acción y tomando decisiones que permitan mejorar las objetivos de la vertical, controlando los KPIs y asegurando el mejor nível de servicio los nuestros clientes.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Análisis de datos, manejo de Power BI y SQLMonitoreo live de la operación
- Actividades operativas de rutina para mantener indicadores y análisis de los aliados que tienen malos resultados en métricas operativas
- Reuniones con el equipo de operaciones locales y globales
- Reuniones con el equipo comercial y diferentes stakeholders para implementar el plan de acción (liderazgo indirecto)
- Creación de herramientas e iniciativas que faciliten el seguimiento y desarrollo de la operación a todo nível
**Key Requirements**:
- Experiência con análisis de Datos
- Habilidades de comunicación
- Experiência media o alta en SQL y Excel
- Experiência con herramientas de visualización de datos como PowerBI, Periscope, Redash
- Experiência en el manejo de grandes conjuntos de datos y bases de datos relacionales.
- El conocimiento de los conceptos de ciencia de datos y aprendizaje automático es una ventaja
