Somos más de 12.000 personas expertas en tecnología, liderando proyectos que están revolucionando la industria y transformando con éxito las instituciones financieras más importantes Buscamos un Senior Account Manager con amplia experiencia en el sector bancario, orientado a la venta consultiva de soluciones tecnológicas complejas , para liderar cuentas estratégicas y posicionar servicios de Core Banking, modernización tecnológica y Fábricas de Software . Liderar la relación estratégica con clientes bancarios, actuando como owner de la cuenta end-to-end. Construir relaciones de largo plazo con C-level y líderes de tecnología y negocio. Identificar y cerrar oportunidades en Core Banking, modernización legacy y Fábrica de Software. Diseñar propuestas consultivas y liderar procesos de RFP/RFI y negociaciones complejas. Monitorear KPIs comerciales, rentabilidad y satisfacción del cliente. Experiencia requerida 10+ años gestionando cuentas estratégicas en banca. Experiencia comprobada en venta de Core Banking y/o Fábricas de Software . Track record en ventas consultivas complejas y contratos de largo plazo . Conocimiento de arquitecturas de core banking y modelos comerciales (capacity, managed services). Visión estratégica y mentalidad consultiva. Comunicación ejecutiva y negociación.
