You’ll support SEO Specialists and Strategists by implementing on-page optimizations, publishing content, managing directories and listings, monitoring tools, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time. You will not own strategy or client relationships. Your impact comes from doing the work well, consistently and precisely, so campaigns can scale. What You’ll Do Create SEO briefs for blogs and service pages based on keyword and competitor research Publish and optimize blog posts across your client portfolio following SEO briefs. Maintaining, updating and fully owning the editorial blog calendar on ClickUp Manage and update directories and listings (e.g. Psychology Today, Recovery.com, Yext) You will have full ownership of the Yext platform configuration and its end to end configuration for clients including ongoing monitoring of issues Support Google Business Profile updates and review monitoring, replying, disputing and overall reputation management Review SEMrush warnings and errors and address issues proactivelyAssist with site architecture mapping in design tools such as LucidChartto support content strategy development Outreach to publications and directory partners for backlink acquisitions based on established SOPs What You Bring Foundational knowledge of SEO concepts (on-page, keywords, content structure, internal linking) Comfort working with repetitive, execution-focused tasks Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow process Exposure to tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, or WordPress (academic or early professional experience is fine) Reliability, coachability, and a strong work ethic Why Work With Us Mission with Meaning: Your work helps behavioral health facilities grow, and helps more people get access to life saving care.
