Summary/Objective:

We are seeking a performance driven PPC Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube driving traffic to both our retail locations and

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically strong, and hands-on, someone who understands campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword and audience management, and performance optimization. You will proactively audit campaigns, manage budgets, analyze results, and surface opportunities to improve performance and support business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid search and performance campaigns across Google platforms, including Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube
  • Own daily campaign execution including strategy, setup, tracking, budget management, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization
  • Partner with digital marketing, creative and ecommerce stakeholders to analyze data and execute strategic roadmap
  • Support regional markets and new store openings through the development of tailored PPC campaigns and proposals
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, conversions, daily and monthly success KPI's.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates, including landing page improvements and A/B testing recommendations
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments, including competitive analysis

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years of experience managing campaigns across Search, Display and Performance Max required.
  • YouTube Ads experience preferred
  • Experience in multi-channel retail or location-based businesses is a plus
  • Experience supporting lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns is a plus
