**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Optimization**: Continuously optimize and improve website performance to boost search engine rankings and enhance user experience.
- **Content Collaboration**: Partner with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with strategic goals.
- **Performance Analysis**: Develop and execute tests to measure ROI, track trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- **Reporting**: Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports on SEO campaign performance, metrics, and ROI.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, account managers, and key project stakeholders.
- **Link Building**: Implement white-hat SEO link-building strategies, including guest posting, niche edits, and more.
- **On-Page SEO**: Execute on-page optimizations such as keyword density adjustments, broken link corrections, and Schema Markup integration.
- **Citation Management**: Manage and update important citations and directory listings, ensuring accurate NAPW (Name, Address, Phone, Website) information.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct comprehensive keyword research using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush to inform content strategies.
- **Content Development**: Create and optimize content using targeted keywords to drive website traffic and engagement.
- **Technical Audits**: Perform routine SEO audits, manage website maintenance, and resolve technical issues as needed.
- **Strategic Enhancements**: Make informed recommendations for page layout and design improvements to maximize SEO effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Programming, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing. Proficiency in HTML and CSS required.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of SEO techniques, including canonicalization, redirects, pagination, XML sitemaps, and technical auditing.
- **Analytical Skills**: Advanced skills in Google Sheets (pivot tables, look-ups) and experience with Google and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- **Language Skills**: Upper-intermediate English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Experience with technical SEO issues and ability to provide actionable recommendations. Familiarity with structured markup is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and content strategies.
- High energy, proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Experience in managing complex technical issues on large websites.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
