Buscamos perfiles altamente motivados y con mentalidad hunter, que quieran maximizar sus comisiones cerrando oportunidades de negocio. ¿Qué harás en esta posición? Prospección activa: Identificar y contactar clientes en el sector empresarial, especialmente PyMES y grandes empresas, para ofrecer servicios de factoring y financiamiento. Venta consultiva: Comprender las necesidades de los clientes y diseñar soluciones financieras personalizadas. Gestión integral del proceso comercial: Desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta la negociación, cierre y fidelización de clientes. Construcción de relaciones clave: Conectar con ejecutivos de alto nivel y posicionarte como asesor financiero de confianza. Autonomía total: Gestionar tu agenda, priorizar clientes y maximizar tus oportunidades de negocio. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Experiencia en ventas consultivas: 3 a 7 años en factoring, fintech, servicios financieros o sectores afines . Mentalidad hunter 100%: Orientado a resultados , con habilidades excepcionales en captación y cierre de clientes. Conocimientos en finanzas: Entendimiento de flujos de caja, estructuras de crédito y necesidades empresariales. Red de contactos empresariales: Experiencia estableciendo relaciones comerciales de largo plazo. Habilidades clave: Comunicación, negociación y gestión del tiempo. ¿Qué obtendrás?
