What You’ll Do As the Senior Partner Sales Executive (PSE) for LATAM North (namely Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Peru), you will drive partner strategy, execution, and executive engagement across the region. You will lead engagement with different type and categories of partners in Latam North, architect and execute a unified partner strategy connecting local, regional and global partners with Teradata\'s go to market team and own the partner originated pipeline. You will serve as the Partner Sales Executive, executing joint offerings with partners including local and global SI, resellers, CSP, ISV leveraging Teradata and partner program assets and resources. Your impact will be seen in the growth and closure of partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, new logo closure, and revenue targets through joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling and reselling motions, and partner-led campaigns. Success in this role means driving strategic deals to closure, localizing global programs for the LATAM North market, and orchestrating scalable partner sales plays that unlock repeatable demand across markets. Who You’ll Work With You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineers, analytics & industry sales specialists, customer success and renewal teams, and global partner program and alliance teams. The role requires building and maintaining senior relationships across key partner executives, and working closely with Latam North sales leadership. You will report to the Head of Partner Sales LATAM. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree a plus) Minimum 10 years’ experience managing complex relationships in high-tech, with expertise in partner alliance management at strategic, tactical, and operational levels Proven experience with Hyperscaler/SI/ISV/Local resellers programs and sales motions Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at senior management and C-executive levels Strong understanding of business culture in LATAM North Have a portfolio or network of potential incumbent partners to incorporate What You’ll Bring Track record in AI product and analytics solution campaign management or experience working with regional systems integrators, consulting firms, resellers, distributors, and cloud providers. Experience in strategy, business planning formulation, and execution with measurable results. Ability to manage complex selling environments and align objectives between partners and Teradata. Exceptional interpersonal skills and strategic sense. Ability to develop presentations and materials, support sales calls, and maintain best practices on campaign management.
