What you’ll do The Territory Ecosystem Manager (TEM) owns territory quota and drives pipeline and revenue through partners. TEM manages the sales cycle with resellers, coordinates closing opportunities, coaches partner sales teams, and monitors competitor activity. The role focuses on: Accountable for annual revenue goals and managing partner sales resources as if they were SAP sales teams. Achieving revenue and bookings targets via partners and leveraging digital hub services. Creating and reviewing revenue generation activities, establishing innovative partner approaches. Engaging customers only when specifically requested by the customer or partner. Enabling partners to drive business: demand generation, resource utilization, forecasting and recovery plans. Driving adoption, consumption, renewals and upsells at the territory level. Collaborating with Partner Managers on sales and partner business planning, operational support, and consumption of digital services. Guiding reporting on sales progress, identifying deviations, and taking action with Partner Managers. What you bring Profound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and other cloud solution areas. Minimum 10 years of territory or channel sales experience. Experience in multi‑channel go‑to‑market models. Solution‑selling principles with partners. Industry expertise and strategic plan delivery. Business‑level English and Dutch; Dutch market knowledge. Experience in SME/Volume territory business. Meet your team Sales Managers managing multiple partners per territory. Partner coaches ensuring partners drive customer success. Partner Manager counterparts coordinating partner‑relevant activities.
