AEG Core Values Excellence & Teamwork Respect & Trust Always Do What’s Right Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Medellín Office, serving the LATAM region. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with customers across commercial and general aviation, military, and government sectors. The successful candidate will drive growth, expand market presence, and maximize sales profitability through strategic account development and new business acquisition. Role Summary The Sales Executive will manage both inside and outside sales, targeting aviation and government operators as well as bulk fuel opportunities. This includes cultivating existing accounts, identifying and qualifying new prospects, developing tailored strategies, and closing profitable deals. The role requires agility in balancing multiple priorities, adapting to a fast-paced environment, and delivering results against defined sales objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships within the aviation market. Assess market conditions, create account strategies, and execute action plans to grow existing accounts and capture new opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Make informed, strategic decisions when negotiating business deals. Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates, call reports, and expense reports in Salesforce. Oversee customer profiling, service quality, and retention strategies. Prepare competitive price quotes, track activity, and follow up proactively. Manage territory effectively to maximize market coverage. Monitor customer credit and collaborate with the credit team when necessary. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows. Perform additional duties as required. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the aviation industry or other target-driven environments. Ability to travel as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Skilled negotiator with a track record in managing large or complex corporate accounts. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a 'can-do' attitude.
