About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our team of Solutions Architects in Colombia. As a key member of our Amazon Web Services (AWS) team, you will be responsible for coaching, growing, and partnering with technically skilled Solutions Architects to develop industry-leading cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop new Solution Architects from internal and external sources.
  • Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
  • Build and coach the team on the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions.
  • Develop early-in-career talent and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and consulting experience of distributed applications, infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking.
  • Manage technical, customer-facing resources and ensure seamless communication across internal and external organizations.
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales and Demand Generation Sales Teams to qualify and progress new business opportunities.
