Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Duties:
    • Assist the Junior Accountant with various tasks
    • Organize and manage invoice documentation
    • Maintain records and archives
    • Support in financial reporting activities
    • Manage petty cash reconciliations
    • Adhere to all company policies and compliance standards set by KM2. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.
  • IT Support:
    • Work under the guidance of Global Field Support
    • Prepare equipment for remote work setups
    • Receive and track inventory of IT equipment
    • Monitor and replace peripherals as necessary
    • Assist with IT infrastructure challenges
    • Maintain accurate inventory records
    • Follow all established policies and compliance standards set by KM2. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Report to the Administrative Coordinator and Site Director
    • Ensure compliance with COVID-19 protocols
    • Document and report any violations of company protocols
    • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss compliance issues
    • Assist in preparing equipment for remote work deployment
    • Maintain inventory records for all deployed equipment
    • Coordinate with IT for equipment reception and preparation
    • Manage the deployment and reception of remote work equipment, including proper documentation.
    • Adhere to all established policies and compliance standards set by KM2. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.
  • Human Resources Support:
    • Assist the Human Resources Manager
    • Maintain employee records
    • Archive HR-related documents
    • Document activities performed by the Health and Safety Partner
    • Follow all established policies and compliance standards set by KM2. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.
  • Recruitment Assistance:
    • Support the Recruiting Manager
    • Maintain the referral program documentation
    • Organize and submit new hire documentation to HR
    • Conduct background checks on prospective employees
    • Assist candidates during the interview process
    • Collect essential information from candidates
    • Follow up on candidates regarding documentation requirements
    • Adhere to all established policies and compliance standards set by KM2. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an internship program related to the field

Skills and Competencies:

  • Skills aligned with the curriculum provided to KM2 by the educational institution
