Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Lawyer to join our Legal Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring, drafting, and negotiating finance transactions, as well as advising on regulatory and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and negotiate finance transactions, including lending, corporate finance, and bond investments
  • Advise on regulatory and statutory requirements in relevant countries
  • Conduct negotiations with international counterparties
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Fully qualified attorney or similar foreign qualification
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Sufficient experience in finance law
  • Attention to detail and pragmatism
  • High degree of independence and strong negotiating skills
