**Job Description**
The Creative QA Analyst will be responsible for testing various digital media, including emails, banners, print materials, and videos, from our agency. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in the latest Adobe CC Suite programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
This role involves close collaboration with designers and stakeholders to assess and enhance creative materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with brand guidelines. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining test plans and processes for the business.
- Testing emails and documents, creating issues in JIRA and assigning appropriately to the development team.
- Producing high-quality bug reports covering description, reproduction steps, and severity.
- Manually testing a variety of digital work, including both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Cross-browser and cross-device testing.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- English Language proficiency at B2 Upper Intermediate level.
- Ability to compare creative comps against multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with design software and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience testing on multiple platforms, including MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
