Overview

The Creative QA Analyst will be responsible for QA emails/banners/print/videos from the agency. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the latest Adobe CC Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. The CQA will be skilled in testing emails/banners/print/videos. Having experience in banners and familiarity with DoubleClick & Flashtalking.

Responsibilities

- Defining the test plans and processes for the business.
- Testing emails and documents, creating issues in JIRA and assigning appropriately to the development team, and seeing issues through to resolution.
- Producing high quality bug reports covering description, reproduction steps and severity.
- Very detail oriented both creatively and functionality wise.
- Work closely with development and project management teams.
- Strong communication skills that further good relationships with the entire team.
- Test manually a variety of digital work including both desktop and mobile.
- Cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- This role involves close collaboration with designers and stakeholders to assess and enhance creative materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with brand guidelines. Track defects using JIRA; manage project defect reports.
- Validate visual elements match creative layouts.
- Monitor and analyze technical specifications, to extrapolate for QA needs.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- English Level B2 Upper Intermediate.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Sketch).
- Prepare and update QA documents for testing.
- Experience testing on multi platforms including MacOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
- Must be able to compare a creative comp against a variety of platforms and be very detailed.
- Familiarity with design software and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS.
- Perform daily QA tasks (defect tracking, testing, etc.).
- Testing tools: Email on Acid, Litmus & Crossbrowser.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience testing Accessibility.
- Experience with Creative Testing.
- Experience with email testing.

Key Skills:

- Analytical and detail oriented.
- Capable of working as a team player.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience with design tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good communication skills.
- A good understanding of JIRA.
