Job Description

Cielo Talent is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst Junior to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the financial close process and supporting the Legal Entity (LE) Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the financial close process, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow preparation.
  • Assist with tax filings and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Collaborate with A2R teams for sub-ledger and general ledger closures, ensuring seamless financial reporting.
  • Prepare documentation for auditors and assist in addressing queries, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Implement financial policies and risk controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide variance analysis and ensure proper handling of financial transactions, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Escalate complex accounting issues to the LE Controller, ensuring timely resolution.

Stakeholder Interaction:

  • Work closely with the LE Controller and Finance Operations teams on reporting and audit matters, ensuring effective communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
  • 2+ years of accounting/business experience, with a strong understanding of financial statements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English, Excel, and Microsoft tools, with a strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP experience, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
