About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Financial Analyst to join our team at Johnson & Johnson De Colombia S.A. as a key member of our Marketing structure. As a Marketing Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial support to our Marketing team, maximizing financial outcomes through business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Modelling: Monitor and analyze business performance, provide financial modelling for investment proposals and plans, and develop scenarios for categories and brands.
  • Business Partnering: Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in Marketing and Finance teams, partner with business teams to develop business cases, and facilitate financial review meetings.
  • Growth Opportunities: Identify growth opportunities, influence business partners, and drive effective decision-making.
  • Financial Viability: Analyze financial viability of investments, mainly Gross Profit (GP) and Return on Investment (ROI), and provide recommendations to improve Category/Brand Profitability.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Be an active member of the Finance team, work closely with other team members to ensure accurate and robust Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, and ensure the necessary orientation and mindset in/out Finance to leverage our Compliance environment.
What We Are Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial areas.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial principles.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
