Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent team. This role will focus on supporting Marketing, Sales, and Technical hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert, partnering with hiring managers and teams to bring exceptional talent to Recurly. You will work the full cycle of recruiting, from sourcing to managing the candidate experience.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service and full life-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, and technical positions
- Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, team members, and cross-functional team members
- Communicate, advise, and report on sourcing and recruiting strategies, market trends, and candidate pipeline health to hiring managers and Recruiting Managers
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4-7+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced environment recruiting for sales, marketing, and technical roles
- Strong networking ability, generating and driving a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates through various channels
- Proven experience partnering and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members
- Deep analytic skills, measuring workflow and metrics
As a full-time employee, we offer competitive benefits programs and perks designed to fit your needs and those of your family. Our salary range is between $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
