**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct research to identify prospective clients and their needs
- Develop a messaging narrative that aligns to known and hypothesized buying triggers
- Generate leads by engaging prospective buyers via cold call, email, and LinkedIn to schedule qualified meetings
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospective buyers to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our team leadership
- Be accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Maintain accurate and timely notes of all lead interactions within our CRM application
- Participate in discovery meetings and weekly coaching and development meetings
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR
- High proficiency in English within a business environment
- Experience working for a U.S.-based Tech company selling into U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling
- Experience with CRM and SEM software
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Meeting volume: eight to 10 new sales-qualified leads per month

**Compensation:**
The annual salary for this position is anticipated to be up to $34,000 On-Target-Earning ($24,000 base and $10,000 variable).
The final offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal team benchmarks.
