About the Role:

We're seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As an analytical creative, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment where technology meets creativity. You'll have the opportunity to develop and implement email marketing strategies that drive growth and sales. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience working with email marketing systems, including Vero, SendGrid, and similar software. They should be proficient in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and have strong copywriting skills to create compelling email content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns for our self-service product
  • Design, manage, and optimize automatic email marketing campaigns, including welcome series, abandon cart, and nurture campaigns
  • Develop seasonal promotional email campaigns
  • Optimize email performance through A/B testing for deliverability and conversion rate
  • Create and maintain weekly reporting on email performance
