About JNA Entertainment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Solutions Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, resolving customer queries, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Resolve customer queries in a quick and professional manner through phone, email, and text message.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services, including our platform and features.
  • Escalate technical support issues to the correct department when necessary.
  • Manage and resolve customer-related issues to the final resolution.
  • Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
