About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying prospective opportunities and utilizing various outbound communication channels to begin sales engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your sales skills to leverage multiple communication methods, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Generate interest and schedule meetings with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders for SpendHound's highly valuable product.
  • Develop skills across a range of modern sales technology tools, including Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Collaborate with a Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to refine and develop your sales skills.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Experience working for a U.S.-based tech company selling to U.S. prospects.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Empathetic, strong interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in managing your time.
  • Grit and ability to handle rejection.
  • Resourceful and always looking for new ways to open doors.
  • Coachable and eager to learn.
  • Positive outlook and sound judgment.
