Job Title: Senior Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Technical Architect to lead our development lab in Colombia.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced global technology company with great ambition, where you will be part of the Product & Development team responsible for building and maintaining our phone protect platform and services, serving customers throughout Latam.

About the Role:
  • As a senior leader within our Product Development team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, driving engineering teams to work through technology components that build out the platform inline with customer needs.
  • You will work closely with the broader technical, support and product team, while collaborating with strategic outsourced partners and customers.
  • Reporting to our Chief Product Development Officer, we are looking for an individual with demonstrable engineering, technical and operational leadership experience in on-prem and cloud-based services.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an engineering strategy that augments our product strategy, and furthers the platform technology strategy. You will also create an inspiring work environment and drive for engineering excellence.

About You:
  • 10+ years of software engineering and technology management experience with a minimum of 4+ years in a senior leadership role architecture and decision-making.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate software engineering concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated history of hiring, developing, retaining and upgrading technical talent including the management of globally distributed teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product delivery and mobile network operators, as well as experience with integrating with partner solutions and acquired technologies. You will also have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
