At NeuraFlash, we're seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with expertise in MuleSoft to lead our integration teams and architect innovative solutions. This is a rare opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive business outcomes through technical excellence.

Job Overview

We offer an attractive salary of $145,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience, to support your career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will be responsible for executing MuleSoft implementations for our clients, driving internalization of business outcomes, and staying up-to-date with the latest MuleSoft implementation methodologies and approaches.
  2. Maintaining MuleSoft technical certifications and fully ramping-on technology and implementation methodologies knowledge are essential for this role.
  3. You will develop subject matter expertise on project deliverables and contribute to internal knowledge exchange, mentoring junior team members and helping build out our services organization.
  4. As a leader, you will guide technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects, providing hands-on delivery guidance and influencing standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle.
  5. You will evangelize, train, coach, and mentor Services team members on hard technical skills and soft skills, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to excel in their roles.
  6. Prior experience in designing, developing, securing, and managing APIs via API Gateways and Proxies is required, as well as experience with design patterns involving MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce.
  7. MuleSoft API development experience on Anypoint platform, building complex flows with Anypoint studio, complex data weave transformation, experience with different connectors like Salesforce, DB, error handling, experience with Munit, API design, development, and tuning are also crucial.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions is required.
  2. Preferred experience with Java and Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity is beneficial.
  3. Experience with various MuleSoft connectors for e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Netsuite, File, Database etc. is necessary.
  4. A working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configuration is expected.
  5. Demonstrated ability to effectively architect solutions within a diverse technical team of client, SIs, contractors, and internal teams is essential.
  6. Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions is required.
  7. MuleSoft Platform Development/Architecture - Participate in creation of technical stories to support functional user stories.
  8. Work as a MuleSoft developer in addition to being client-facing for any MuleSoft-related questions.

Certifications:

  1. MuleSoft Developer Level 1 (Mule 4).
  2. Preferred: MuleSoft Certified Architect.
