- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex payment-related issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Payments Professional (CPP) or Certified Financial Manager (CFM).
- Experience with payment processing systems and software, such as payment gateways and payment processing platforms.
