Job Title: Senior Payment Manager

BOG Fortrea Colombia Ltda. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payment Manager to join our team. As a leading global contract research organization, we provide pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device customers with a wide range of clinical development, patient access, and technology solutions across more than 20 therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and develop individual development plans to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and address performance issues, providing coaching and training to improve staff performance.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators for assigned staff, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Escalate potential training needs and assist in the development of training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with management teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
GCP and Quality Oversight:
  • Ensure GCP training is completed, understood, and implemented by direct reports.
  • Identify and address GCP and quality issues through regular interactions with direct reports.
  • Provide inputs on relevant SOPs and standard plans/templates for use by project management and clinical operations staff.
Productivity and Financial Management:
  • Communicate status of assigned workload for metric reporting.
  • Perform weekly review of direct report billable hours and associated utilization per the budget plan.
  • Adhere to goals and objectives, and engage in resource management activities for direct reports.
  • Assist with staff recruitment through screening and interviewing.
  • Financial authority in accordance with current signature approval matrix.
  • Accountable for expense management, expense report approval, and compliance with travel policy/home-based policy of direct reports.
Qualifications:
  • University/College Degree (Life Science preferred), or certification in an allied health profession from an appropriate accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of work experience in clinical research, including a strong working knowledge of the ICH-GCP guidelines and all other applicable guidelines and regulations.
  • 1-2 years of people management experience would be an added advantage.
