As a Facilities Engineer at Kaizen Gaming Group, you will be responsible for participating in building-related activities and procurement initiatives for existing and new offices under your supervision. Your primary goal will be to maintain the good condition of our premises and ensure that infrastructure is safe, well-maintained, and meets the organization's standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partake in refurbishments, renovations, expansions, and moves of offices in various countries to guarantee smooth execution and adherence to plans;
  • Manage internal customer requests effectively;
  • Oversee contracts for services including construction, maintenance, parking, cleaning, and furnishing, focusing on technical, timely, and cost-effective completion;
  • Coordinate operations such as maintenance, cleaning, pest control, recycling, internal projects, technical asset management, and vendor management;
  • Supervise multi-disciplinary teams comprising staff from cleaning and maintenance departments;
  • Assist in major organizational projects;
  • Ensure facilities are well-maintained and adhere to schedules;
  • Manage vendors efficiently while ensuring cost-effectiveness;
  • Serve as a point of contact for emergency situations;
  • Allocate and manage office space;
  • Guarantee compliance with all safety and security protocols;
  • Keep logs and draft relevant reports;
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors;
  • Implement Workspace (our desk booking tool) management processes and procedures.

Requirements/Ideal Background:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a Construction or Facilities company;
  2. Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering);
  3. Proficient level of spoken and written English;
  4. Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and AutoCAD.
