About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to join our team at Robert Bosch Group. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and directing property-related activities such as office space acquisition, lease management, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate teams across various countries in North America, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide specialized technical support to site teams, addressing their needs and requirements.
  • Oversee service contracts and suppliers related to facility maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage cost centers within the region, ensuring accurate budgeting and financial reporting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on maintenance and operations.
  • Strong knowledge of property and facilities management, including construction processes, electrical and mechanical installations, building regulations, and space management.
  • Demonstrable experience managing operational teams, including general services staff, messengers, receptionists, and building maintenance operators.
  • Proficient English language skills (B2 level) for communication with project teams in Germany and Brazil.
  • Portuguese language skills would be an advantage.
