About the Role:

Ecolab, a leading global developer of premium cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance products and services, is seeking a Production Associate who will be responsible for operating, filling, packaging, and tote washing. This role requires the ability to perform various tasks within the production department, excluding mixing and bulk receiving/shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and implement filling and packaging instructions, ensuring the correct packaging materials and Personal Protective Equipment are available.
  • Set up and adjust the line as necessary, or seek assistance from supervisors or maintenance technicians.
  • Operate filling and packaging equipment, adjusting settings to control weight, closures, or other specifications.
  • Perform all operations on the lines, including loading, labeling, filling, capping, and taking samples.
  • Participate in Kaizens, 5S, and special projects, identifying opportunities for system and process waste elimination.
  • Document activities measuring quality and productivity, including weights and basic quality tests.
  • Meet or exceed packaging and filling standards.
  • Assist with line changeover and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in a plant or warehouse setting.
  • Ability to use basic math and perform tasks with attention to detail.
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to complete training and master required skills, including Hazardous Material Safety and DOT training.
  • Understanding and tracking of safety, quality, and productivity data.
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with Total Production Management (TPM) and Continuous Improvement Systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
