This role is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of customer experiences. As a Sales Development Representative, you will develop our client base, execute processes to generate new sales opportunities, and build relationships with our prospects.

You'll personalize our content according to the prospect, pass on leads that are sales-qualified to an account executive to close, and understand client needs and requirements. You'll also brainstorm together with your team on how we can identify key players and generate interest in Insider's products in targeted industries and segments.

The ideal candidate has good exposure to the e-commerce society, is able to multitask and manage time effectively, and has excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day are also essential.
