En Solvo Global, estamos buscando un/a Sales Development Representative (SDR) dinámico/a y orientado/a a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo de ventas. El/la SDR será responsable de identificar y calificar clientes potenciales, generar oportunidades de venta y apoyar el crecimiento de nuestro negocio.
Responsabilidades:

  1. Identificar y calificar clientes potenciales a través de diversas estrategias (llamadas en frío, correo electrónico, redes sociales, etc.).
  2. Generar oportunidades de venta de alta calidad para el equipo de ventas.
  3. Mantener registros precisos de las actividades y la información de los clientes potenciales en nuestro CRM.
  4. Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de prospección efectivas.
  5. Alcanzar y superar los objetivos de generación de leads y oportunidades de venta.
  6. Mantenerse actualizado sobre los productos y servicios de la empresa, así como sobre las tendencias del mercado.
Requisitos:
  1. Experiencia comprobada de al menos 2 años en roles de Sales Development Representative o ventas similares.
  2. Nivel de inglés avanzado (B2+ o superior), tanto oral como escrito.
  3. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones con clientes potenciales.
  4. Habilidades de investigación y capacidad para identificar información relevante sobre clientes potenciales.
  5. Conocimiento de herramientas de CRM y software de automatización de ventas.
  6. Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
  7. Habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.

Educación mínima: Bachillerato / Educación Media
