We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Farmer to join our Colombia team at LIFULL Connect. As a Sales Executive – Farmer, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent commercial relationships with professional real estate agents and agencies, focusing on achieving predetermined goals of renewing clients' subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customers with an exceptional journey, helping them achieve their goals and contribute to their growth.
- Reneew the client portfolio and reduce churn levels.
- Expand the company's client portfolio.
- Exceed monthly sales targets by growing the value of your portfolio.
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology.
- Interact and negotiate with key decision-makers of the client's business in a complex sales cycle.
- Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool).
- Adapt to the overall sales strategy defined by the company.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales, preferably within a SaaS or digital business.
- Track record of successful selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with high orientation to achieving objectives.
- A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar will be a plus.
- Native level of Spanish and professional level of English will be a plus.
