Job Overview

At TE Connectivity, we're committed to creating a safer, more sustainable, and connected world. As a Business Development Manager II, you'll play a key role in driving our growth in the renewable energy market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute new projects and accounts with EPCs, stakeholders, developers, and other key partners in the renewable energy sector.
  • Build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers to position TE Connectivity as a preferred supplier.
  • Turn conceptual ideas into fully developed optimized EPC/owner designs for solar plants and other renewable projects.
  • Prepare or review designs to create customized connectivity solutions for large-scale solar installations.
  • Monitor and maintain KPIs for customer performance and promote the value that TE Connectivity brings to customers.
  • Track and report on financial performance, regional results, and business planning outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in solar and renewable energy.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial roles.
  • Technical background and experience with solar and energy storage preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
