Your Role:
A Client Support Specialist is a personable, diligent, and tech-savvy individual available during business hours. This role involves adapting to new developments as they arise while establishing a long-term career trajectory within the fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in shifts: 24/7
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by addressing inquiries via phone in a support-center environment, adhering to scheduled shifts, procedures, metrics, and departmental objectives.
- Handle inbound customer service and technical support calls from clients.
- Utilize documentation and support resources to perform tasks accurately.
- Employ professionalism and tact to resolve occasionally critical or challenging situations.
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer service and payment requests.
- Identify trends and report them to foster continuous process improvement.
- Execute any other related tasks deemed essential for the company's success and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Enjoys collaborating within a team while fulfilling responsibilities.
