**Customer Care Center Role**

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Travel Industry Solutions Analyst to join our Customer Care Center team. As a key member of our team, you will provide first-line functional and technical support to Cytric customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Cytric products and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Consulting: Provide point of contact for customers and support through tickets regarding Cytric product and queries.
  • Proactively identify problem areas and devise solutions to enhance service quality and prevent future problems.
  • Design test scenarios for problem cases, performing error analyses.
  • Assist the team lead with documentation and processes, serving as an escalation point in resolving customer service issues.
  • Oversee the development and communication of help sheets, usage guides, and FAQs for end users.
  • Analyze customer's business, operational, and technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Apprenticeship as a travel agent or relevant academic degree in Tourism or Business Administration.
  • Relevant work experience: Good understanding of the Travel/Tourism Business, previous work experience in the Travel Industry sector with Customer and strong technical affinity.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, English and Spanish required, high IT affinity and process-oriented.
