As a leading innovator in healthcare, Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Global Health Solutions Advocate to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving global client inquiries, concerns, and issues through various channels, including phone, email, web-form, and chat.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of our clients. As a Global Health Solutions Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing support and guidance on a range of issues, from HR services and employee programs to process and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You will also need to be proficient in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, with advanced language skills required.

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, including J&J employees and the GS community, to provide support and guidance on a range of issues. You will also have access to enabling technology to complete client inquiries and transactions, and will be expected to fully document all cases in the Case Management system.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Receiving and responding to inbound inquiries via multiple channels, clarifying the need, answering inquiries, and assisting in the resolution of concerns.
  • Accessing enabling technology to complete client inquiries and transactions.
  • Fully documenting all cases in the Case Management system.
  • Escalating complex transactions for resolution or contact with third-party vendors as appropriate.
  • Attending to and processing customer inquiries and requests by applying Global Contact standard operating procedures and utilizing problem-solving skills for resolution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, with advanced language skills required.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle internal communications and external/client communications with detailed support and assistance.
  • Excellent telephone manner, with clear, concise, and professional communication skills.

Estimated salary: $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
