We are seeking a Graphic Design Team Lead to join our Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Marketing team. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of graphic design but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. The creative team, within the Marketing Department, is a group of communication and creative professionals operating as the company's internal agency to serve clients throughout the entire organization.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a growing team of graphic, motion & animation designers including:

- project and time management
- coaching to connect content/messaging/strategy with visual elements
- Partner with Branding & Communications leadership on developing a company visual language, and improving design strategies and key project art direction
- Maintain quality control of the design projects, including cohesion of text and design
- Support all Marketing and Communication efforts of the company on a global scale, with a team of designers to develop collateral such as, but not limited to:

- Support experts within the company with brand alignment requests.
- Work with copywriters on content development and editing to design follow-through.
- Track and manage marketing requests, and build monthly or quarterly reports
- Help organize and maintain corporate marketing platforms.
- Be a part of team reviews for any design-related collateral.
- Review and help update collateral within a dynamic, fast-paced and malleable company culture.
- Handle and help coordinate printing/production of collateral on a global scale and manage communications with external providers.

Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training and 6 to 8 years of experience in graphic design in a creative environment).
- Fluent in English and Spanish (CEFR at least C1 level)
- Experience leading a team of Graphic Designers.
- Understand the complexities of working with people in different time zones.
- Understanding of design principles in both print and digital formats.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work in a variety of media.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere).
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for design purposes.
- Strong proofreader.
- Ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects and communicate progress.
- Optimistic, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
- Able to take direction and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications
- Video production and editing skills a plus.
- Writing and/or editing skills a plus.

Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Home office or workspace setup.
