Job Description

This role is part of the INGEPSY team, where you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee the execution of global communications supervision procedures. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall success of the communications surveillance team by ensuring business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leads a team of senior analysts in the execution of global communications supervision procedures, including directing and/or supporting reviewing activities.
  • Contributes to maintaining expert knowledge of GBM products, communication surveillance upstream and downstream workflows, bank processes, policies, procedures, and applications related to the global communications supervision procedures.
  • Candidates must have a strong understanding of Bank's regulations, policies, procedures, operations, and functions.
  • Maintains constant monitoring to comply with associated regulations and ensures timely review of alerts as part of remediation efforts or management of backlogs.
  • Leverages broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge to champion a customer-focused culture.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in market abuse in capital markets and managing a team.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiating skills.
  • Good accountability and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business management, finance, or accounting.
  • Portuguese speaking is preferred but not required.
