Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Front Office team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring software solutions within the boundaries of project plans, ensuring that all requirements are met and best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure software solutions according to project plans and specified requirements.
- Perform installations and technical setups of the platform, either on-site at clients or through remote connections.
- Run customer workshops to define detailed product requirements.
- Work with configuration and customization of software in an effective manner, within project plan boundaries and agreed functional requirements.
- Prepare material and give product-related training to end-users and administrators.
- Proactively keep knowledge and skills up-to-date to perform an excellent job.
- Perform administrative tasks on-time and ensure information given is precise and complete, according to regulations.
- Prepare contents and lead sessions for colleagues to share knowledge and experiences.
- Actively contribute to delivering functional, technical, or project information to sales teams.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of SQL language is a preference.
- Experience and strong interest in software implementation and process management is required.
- Experience within GRC, application functionality, technical IT subjects, and products is an advantage.
