Job Title: Senior Front-end Developer

This is a hybrid role for a senior front-end developer who will be responsible for elevating our front-end development capabilities, ensuring the delivery of visually stunning, user-friendly, and high-performance applications that meet and exceed client expectations with expertise in React and React Native.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front-end development team in designing and implementing cutting-edge user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers and designers, to deliver seamless and responsive user experiences.
  • Architect and develop robust, maintainable, and scalable front-end solutions using React and React Native.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our applications remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a front-end developer with a focus on React and React Native.
  • Strong understanding of state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and component-based architecture.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  • Proficient in version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
  • Streaming technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
