This is a remote position for a highly organized and motivated individual to source promising sales leads by contacting prospective home sellers via phone and email.

Schedule:

- 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday 1 pm - 5 pm Dallas, TX Time (2 AM to 6 AM Manila time)

As a Real Estate Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for identifying motivated sellers, introducing them to our solutions-based approach, qualifying leads based on established criteria, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This is a key customer-facing role where you can directly impact sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Make high volumes of outbound call contact leads lists
  • Identify motivated sellers looking to sell their property
  • Introduce our real estate solutions and business model
  • Screen leads using qualifying criteria questions
  • Schedule appointments between qualified sellers and the sales team


Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in real estate industry
  • Proven success with high volume outbound sales calls
  • Confident and persistent phone communication style
  • Experience working with CRM platforms
  • Motivated self-starter comfortable in fast-paced environments
