Valenta is seeking an experienced RPA & AI Solutions Project Manager to lead and manage projects that implement robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for our clients.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with Valenta, a leading provider of digital transformation services, as a Project Manager - RPA & AI. As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of RPA and AI projects, from initiation through implementation to post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timeline.
  2. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that project objectives align with client expectations.
  3. Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose RPA and AI solutions that meet client requirements.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues.
  5. Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, managing project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects remain on track.
  7. Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance against KPIs and milestones, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on RPA and AI solutions preferred.
  3. Proven experience in client management and delivering technology projects.
  4. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
  5. Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and AI technologies.
  6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
