The Strategic Project Manager (AI) will be responsible for launching our AI initiatives in Colombia, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working closely with local stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Co-build new AI-focused ventures and products from idea to initial scale
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional AI area team and local team in Colombia to validate ideas, improve concepts, and scale solutions
  • Test business ideas through real-life experiments, executing digital and online product space as well as business offerings
  • Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and provide insights and recommendations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in project management, customer success, product management, or research
  • High energy, ownership, and strong communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Native Spanish proficiency and B2+ English language skills
